摘　　要：目的了解护理专业本科实习生的核心胜任力,为促进其培养与发展提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法选取13名护理专业本科实习生进行深度访谈,并运用内容分析法和NVivo11.0软件进行资料分析。结果护理专业本科实习生核心胜任力主要包括专业态度、专业能力、个人特质和人际协调能力4方面。结论护理专业本科实习生核心胜任力是一种综合发展的能力,要促进其提高有赖于各方面的共同努力。Objective To understand the core competency of nursing undergraduate interns so as to provide reference for their training and development. Methods Thirteen nursing interns were selected by the method of objective sampling for an in-depth interview. The data were analyzed by content analysis and NVivoll. 0 software. Results The core competency of nursing undergraduate interns mainly includes professional attitude, professional competence, personal characteristics and interpersonal coordination ability. Conclusion The core competency of nursing undergraduate interns is a capability with comprehensive development. Therefore, its improvement involves the joint efforts of all parties.
