摘　　要：当前,我国进入了经济高速发展时期,然而,高校青年教师群体的生存现状却不见好转,调查表明,青年教师关注的重点集中在付出回报比、职业发展以及职业价值上。这些问题直接影响高校教师队伍的稳定,制约着高校的建设发展。根据高校青年教师的实际需求,结合高校实际,应从多方面入手,缓解高校青年教师的生存压力。At present, China has entered a period of rapid economic development, however, the survival status of the young teachers＂ group has not improved, survey shows that young teachers＂ attention focused on effort reward ratio, occupation development and occupation value. These problems directly affect the stability of college teachers, which restricts the construction and development of colleges and universities. According to the actual needs of young college teachers, combined with the actual situation, we should start from various aspects, to ease the pressure on the survival of young teachers in Colleges and universities.
