摘  要:建设适合于各学段各个发展阶段教师需要的远程培训课程资源,在大面积提高中小学教师素质方面意义重大。为了解中小学各发展阶段教师对于培训内容的需求,课题组借助"问卷星"对全国28个省份的5 469名中小学教师进行了问卷调查。在此基础上,以教师阶段性发展特征作为参数鉴别出1 613名教师,作为代表中小学各发展阶段教师的样本。对调查数据进行比较分析,发现的确存在一些各个学段不同发展阶段的教师都需要的培训主题或课程,也发现了各个学段不同发展阶段的教师分别需要的培训主题或课程。该结果为远程培训课程资源开发提供了依据。Developing long distance training curriculum resources to cater to professional development needs of teachers has a huge impact on the overall improvement of teacher quality. To better understand the development needs of teachers, the research group did a questionnaire survey on 5469 school teachers from 28 provinces in China. Based on the survey, 1613 teachers were selected as research sample representing different development stages based on characteristics of each stage. The data analysis shows themes that all teachers need to learn,also themes that suit more certain stage of development. The research result provides important reference for the development of long distance training curriculum.
