摘　　要：目的 调查肿瘤医院护士共情能力现状及相关影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样的方法,选取天津医科大学肿瘤医院20个科室中共200名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、杰弗逊共情量表和护士临床沟通能力量表对研究对象进行问卷调查.结果 肿瘤医院护士共情能力总分为（110.89±16.98）分,亲属是否有肿瘤患病经历、是否接受过共情相关培训及沟通能力对共情能力有影响（R^2=0.159,F=11.093,P〈0.01）.结论 肿瘤医院护士共情能力处于中等水平,亲属患病经历、培训及沟通能力是肿瘤医院护士共情能力的主要影响因素,管理者可通过开展相关共情培训或从提高护士的沟通能力入手,从而提高护士的共情能力.Objective To investigate the present situation of empathy ability of tumor hospital nurses and analyze the influencing factors. Methods Using convenience sampling method, 200 nurses from 20 departments of Tianjin Medical University Tumor Hospital were selected as the research objects. The general information questionnaire, the Jefferson Scale of Empathy and the Nurses Ability of Clinical Communication Scale were investigated. Results The nurses total score of empathy ability was （110.89 ± 16.98） points, and whether cancer illness experience, whether received empathy related training and communication skills had influence on empathy ability （R^2=0.159, F=11.093, P〈0.01）. Conclusions The nurse empathy cancer hospital in the middle level, cancer illness experience, received empathy related training and communication skills are the main influence factors on empathy ability, managers can carry out related empathy training or some measure to improve the communication ability, so as to improve nurses＇ ability of empathy.
