摘　　要：发挥示范引领功能,突出办学特色,提高整体办学水平是创建省级示范校建设的中心工作。主要结合深圳职业技术学院创建国家级示范校建设的成功案例,从提升办学理念入手,在发展规划、专业建设、师资队伍建设、校园文化建设以及社会服务等方面进行思考,为深化辽宁城市建设职业技术学院省级示范校建设提供可行性建议,更好地提升教育教学质量。It is the central work for the construction of provincial demonstration college to give play to the function of demonstration leading, to hi,light the characteristic of nmning a college and to raise the＇ overall level of running a college With the successful case of Sheen Polytechnic. this paper starts with enhancing college-running concept, imainly discusses the aspects of the development planning, professional construction teaching staff construction, campus culture, construction and social service, etc. It puts forward feasible suggestions for denning the construction of provinoial demonstration improve the quality of education and teaching.
