基于动画工场平台的“一室一站”模式现代学徒制应用——以西安职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制是一种将传统学徒制度与现代学校教育相结合，突出学校与企业双主体的合作式的职业教育制度，西安职业技术学院动漫软件与教育学院动漫设计与制作专业通过在校内搭建“动画工场”为平台，成立专任教师工作室和企业技师工作站，工作室与工作站高度对接进行现代学徒制模式探究，实现了校企合作方式的新突破．Modem apprenticeship is a combination of traditional apprenticeship system and the modem college education, giving prominence to the cooperation of vocational education system between colleges and enterprises Through the ＂animation works＂ platform, a full-time teachers＇studio and an enterprise technicians＇workstation are set up, which cooperate highly well to explore the modem apprenticeship model, thus the new breakthrough of college-enter- prise cooperation mode is realized in Animation Software Institute of Xi＇an Vocational and Technical College.
