摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分析黔产香料三柰石油醚提取物的化学成分,明确其调香、防腐、药用的物质基础。从中鉴定出了66种化合物,占总精油的92.685%。化合物类型涉及萜类、有机酸、醛、酯、醇、烃类和多种苯的衍生物,其中萜类化合物占7.225%;有机酸、醛、酯、醇类化合物分别占6.219%,0.019%,0.107%,0.164%;烯烃、烷烃类化合物分别占0.081%,1.272%,多种苯的衍生物占82.460%,草蒿脑、香叶醇、丁香酚等是其调香、防腐、药用的物质基础。The chemical constituents in petroleum ether extract of Kaempferia galange collected in Guizhou are investigated by GC-MS to identify the material base of flavor treating, anti-corrosion and medicine. 66 compounds accounting for 95. 685% of the essential oil are identified, which include terpenoids, organic acids, aldehydes, esters, alcohols, hydrocarbons and benzene derivatives. The major constituents as terpenoids accounting for 7. 225 %, and organic acids, aldehydes, esters, alcohols are 6. 219%, 0. 019%, 0. 107%,0. 164% respectively; alkenes, alkanes are 0. 081%, 1. 272% respectively; benzene derivatives accounts for 82. 460%, and estragole, geraniol, gugenol are the material base of flavor treating, anti-corrosion and medicine.
