摘 要:目的观察音乐治疗对儿童孤独症谱系障碍的康复效果。方法将108例2~6岁孤独症谱系障碍儿童分为两组,对照组儿童接受以行为分析疗法、结构化教学为主的常规教育康复治疗,观察组在常规教育康复基础上给予音乐治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗6个月后,采用孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)进行疗效评估。结果经过6个月的治疗,观察组儿童ABC各单项评分及总分、CARS评分均较前下降,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论音乐治疗能显著提高儿童孤独症谱系障碍的康复效果。OBJECTIVE To observe the rehabilitation effect of music therapy on children with autistic spectrum disorders (.ASD). METHODS 108 cases of 2 - 6 years old children with ASD were divided into two groups, The control group with routine education re- habilitation therapy, and the observation group with music therapy on the basis of application of routine education rehabilitation. Evaluated withAutism Behavior Checklist(ABC), Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) at begin and after 6 months. RESULTS After 6 months of treatment, the scores in ABC and CARS were lower apparently in observation group as compared with those before treatment, and the scores in ABC and CARS were lower than those in control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Music therapy could significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of childhood autism spectrum disorders.
