摘 要:高校人力资源管理在高校内部治理中具有重要的地位,与高校健康发展并实现战略目标关系密切。在高校人力资源管理中引入项目管理思想及其相关的方法、手段等,可为高校人力资源工作开辟一条有效的操作路径,进而形成一套高效的行为模式。本文在详细阐述项目管理和人力资源管理内涵的基础上,系统分析了项目管理在高校人力资源管理工作中运用的合理性和必要性。又以高校教师职称评审工作为例,结合项目管理的有关内容,对人力资源管理项目化方法的具体运用进行研究,并提出了有效运用人力资源管理项目化方法的若干建议。Human resource management in Colleges and universities plays an important strategic role in the management of colleges and universities, and is closely connected with the rapid development of col- leges and universities and the achievement of strategic development goals. The thought of project management and related technology and method used in human resource management in Colleges and universities, opens an effective path tor the operation of university human resource management, and formed a set of effective behavior model. This paper described in detail the project management and human resources management contents on the basis of systematic analysis of the rationality and necessity of the application of project management in human resources management work in Colleges and universities, the university teachers evaluation as an example, and combined with the relevant contents of project management, specific application of the method of human resource management project study in the last part of the article, we put forward some suggestions for the effective use of the human resources management project.
