多级模糊综合评判在招聘幼儿教师中的应用

摘　　要：为了系统地探讨影响幼儿教师招聘的主要因素,依据模糊聚类分析和模糊综合评判原理,采用了模糊综合评判法和卡特尔16PF测试量表对各主要因素进行实证分析,得到了各因素影响的比重,利用专家经验法给出了合格应聘者的权重,通过与理想型进行比较,从而选拔出符合实际的优秀的幼儿教师。应用的结果对如何招聘全方位高素质的幼儿教师提供了一个可靠的理论依据,避免了传统招聘中对教师素质选聘的不全面。In this paper, in order to explore the main factors affecting the recuitment of kindergarten teachers systematically, we use the methods of fuzzy clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make an empirical analysis on the main factors. Adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and cattell 16 pf test scale makes an empirical analysis on the main factors, we get the proportion of the influence factors, the results on how to recruit the omni-directional high-quality preschool teachers provides a reliable theoretical basis.
