摘  要:目的:探讨大学生社会适应的特点及其与五态人格的关系。方法:选用中国大学生适应问卷、五态人格问卷对206名大学生进行测评调查。结果:大学生社会适应总体水平较高,男、女生之间在择业适应和情绪适应上存在差异,但城镇与农村、独生子女与非独生子女之间差异不明显;在社会适应方面,大学生不同年级间在人际关系适应、学习适应、情绪适应、自我适应、满意度维度上存在明显差异;五态人格与社会适应各维度间存在相关。结论:五态人格与社会适应各维度之间存在相关,不同年级的社会适应存在差异。Objective: To explore the characteristics of college students' social adaptation and its relationship with Wu-Tai personality theory. Methods: The Questionnaire assessment survey on 236 Chinese college students of their social adaption and Wu-Tai personality theory was carried. Results: The overall level of college students' social adaption is high and there is difference between male and female in job adaption and emotions adaption, but there is no significance between the only children and the kids with siblings, from town to villages. In the aspect of social adaptation, college students from different grades show differences in interpersonal relationships, learning adaption, emotions adaption, self adaption and satisfaction dimension. Wu-Tai personality theory is relevant to each dimension of social adaption. Conclusion: Wu-Tai personality theory is relevant to each dimension of social adaption and the adaption differs from grade.
