摘　　要：β-胡萝卜素的生物学功能已经越来越受到人们的重视,自然界中的已经不能满足人类日常的需求,工业化生产β-胡萝卜素制剂已越来越受到人们的重视。本文主要从质量控制、节能、安全、工业化生产方面,研究食品级β-胡萝卜素喷雾干燥技。The biological function of β-carotene has attracted more and more attention, nature has been unable to meet our daily needs, Industrial production of β-carotene preparations have been paid more and more attention. This article mainly from the security angle, energy saving, industrial production, research on food grade β-carotene spray drying technology.
