摘  要:目的探讨双语教学在眼科教学中的应用效果。方法选取遵义医学院眼科学生56名实施传统教学法为对照组,选取遵义医学院眼科学生56名实施双语教学法为观察组,比较两组学生的教学效果、满意度状况。结果观察组学生的客观题得分(52.6±3.8)分、主观题得分(35.8±2.1)分、总成绩得分(88.4±5.3)分,高于对照组的(41.7±4.0)分、(30.6±2.3)分、(72.3±5.9)分。观察组学生的满意度[课堂气氛活跃(96.4%)、眼科学专业的学习兴趣提升(91.1%)、信息收集能力增强(87.5%)、信息分析能力增强(89.3%)、口语表达能力提高(98.2%)、自学能力提高(83.9%)、团队协作精神提高(85.7%)]高于对照组[(55.4%)(57.1%)(67.9%)(66.1%)(46.4%)(53.6%)(69.6%)]。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双语教学在眼科教学中的应用效果显著,可提高学生积极性和学习效果。Objective To investigate application effect of bilingual teaching in ophthalmology teaching. Methods 56 students selected in department of ophthalmology from Zunyi Medical College treated traditional teaching method as control group. 56 students selected in department of ophthalmology from Zunyi Medical College treated bilingual teaching method as observation group. Teaching effect and satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Objective score (52.6±3.8) points, subjective score (35.8±2.1) points, total score (88.4±5.3) points in observation group were significantly higher than control group (41.7±4.0) points, (30.6±2.3) points, (72.3±5.9) points. Student satisfaction [classroom active atmosphere (96.4%), ophthalmology professional learning interest promotion (91.1%), enhancing information collection ability (87.5%), enhancing information analysis ability (89.3%), improving oral expression ability (98.2%), improving self-learning ability (83.9%), improving teamwork spirit (85.7%)] in observation group were significantly higher than control group [(55.4%) (57.1%) (67.9%) (66.1%) (46.4%) (53.6%) (69.6%)].The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conelusion The application effect of bilingual teaching in ophthalmology teaching is significant, which can improve students' enthusiasm and learning effect.
