摘 要:介绍了中国台湾地区的医师费制度,梳理了中国大陆地区医师薪酬支付制度及其存在问题,借鉴中国台湾地区医师费制度的有益启示,认为我国大陆地区应提高医师薪酬水平;建立医师劳务价值表;提高教学、科研及行政工作在医师薪酬中所占比重;设立"上下限"及科室"公用金"制度;医师薪酬制度设计目标要与医院整体目标统一。The paper introduced physician fee system of Taiwan, China and summarized the ptayswlan compensanon system and related problems of China's Mainland. Through learning good practice from Taiwan, it summarized following suggestions for physician compensation system of China's Mainland. Firstly, raising the level of physician compensation. Secondly, establishing physicians' labor value assessment system. Thirdly, increasing the weight of teaching, research and administrative work in physician compensation. Fourthly, setting up "floor and ceiling" system and "public funds" system. Finally, unifying the design goals of physician compensation system with the general purpose of hospital.
