摘　　要：在法治社会构建背景下,自杀式维权无疑是备受关注的重大社会心理问题。未能及时破解与修复的社会心理问题在长期积累中激化、演变,直至以极端方式爆发,严重偏离依法维权的轨道,威胁公共安全。本研究尝试界定自杀式维权概念,进而汲取社会学与心理学自杀思想精髓揭示自杀式维权的心理动力机制;此外,通过整合个体、群体、社会环境三个层面构建修复路径,促进弱势群体与法治社会的整体和谐发展,为未来展开实证研究奠定基础。Under the background of construction of law-ruled society , safeguarding rights by suicide is a big concern in major social psychological problems affecting social harmony and stability. Failing to be solved and remedied, these problems would get intensified and evolved in the long-term accumulation until they break out in extreme way and stray from the track of safeguarding rights by law and pose a threat to public safety. The authors try to define the concept of safeguarding rights by suicide and derive thought essence from sociology and psychology about suicide to reveal the psychological driving mechanism of safeguarding rights by suicide. Besides, the authors hope to construct the remedy path through three aspects of individuals, groups and social environment to promote the harmonious development of vulnerable groups and the law-ruled society to lay the groundwork for future empirical research.
