摘　　要：中和思想是中国传统文化的精髓,蕴藏着解决翻译面临难题的重要启示。对于景区牌示翻译而言,从遵循整体观原则,到翻译方法使用的不偏不倚,乃至翻译过程中人际关系的调和,中和观能提供较好的理论和实践支撑。In the concept of Zhonghe （ Mean and Harmony）, the essence of Chinese traditional culture, impor- tant enlightenments are contained in solving difficult translation problems. As for the translation of signs in sce- nic areas, Zhonghe may provide theoretical and practical supports for the translator to follow a principle of integ- rity, to adopt moderate translation methods and even to coordinate interpersonal relations in the course of transla- tion.
