摘 要:针对在传统的整车被动安全性开发中,先整体后局部优化的开发策略不能考虑车身和乘员约束系统的交互效应,而直接全局优化的开发策略因对所有设计变量同时进行优化,使计算量过于庞大等问题,本文中提出了改进的直接全局优化开发策略—基于代理模型技术的多刚体约束系统与车身有限元模型联合优化方法。针对某开发车型进行100%正面碰撞的被动安全性开发,结果表明,在增加计算花费可以接受的前提下,相对于先整体后局部的开发策略,采用改进的直接全局优化开发策略,乘员损伤值有较大幅度的降低。In view of that in traditional vehicle passive safety development, the development strategy with first global then local optimization cannot consider the interaction between car body and occupant restraint system, while the development strategy with direct global optimization requires huge computation efforts due to optimization on all design variables, a modified development strategy with direct global optimization, i.e. surrogate model-based multi-rigid-body restraint system / finite element model combined optimization scheme is proposed in this paper. A passive safety development is conducted on the 100% frontal crash of a vehicle under development with a result showing that compared with the traditional development strategy with first global then local optimization, the modi-fied development strategy with direct global optimization results in significant reduction of occupants injuries with an acceptable minor increase in computing cost.
