摘　　要：在国家深化教学改革,大力提倡创新与创业教育的氛围下,以邵阳学院为例,针对目前地方本科院校测控专业教学存在的问题。指出转型发展的必要性,提出了以专业教学改革的措施来提高学生的学习兴趣,调动其学习积极性,强化专业教学的实效性,提升学生的创新创业能力。Under the atmosphere of deepening teaching reform and advocating innovation and entrepreneur-ship education, taking Shaoyang University as an example, aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of in the measurement technology and instrument in local universities. It points out the necessity of transformation and development, puts forward the measures of professional teaching reform to improve students＇ learning interest, arouse their learning enthusiasm, strengthen the effectiveness of professional teaching, and enhance students＇ a-bility of innovation and entrepreneurship.
