工业4.0背景下金融类专业改革对装备制造业发展的作用探析

摘　　要：通过文献研究、专家访谈等方式,构建了2015年中国工业4.0背景下装备制造企业发展的五大关键影响因素(即:企业外部环境、企业内部环境、客户资信风险、企业内控因素和评估因素)指标体系。然后,通过问卷调查法获取相关数据,并运用SPSS17.0和LISERL8.70等对有效问卷数据进行了效度、信度分析,构建结构方程模型,确定了权重指标体系。在此基础上分析影响装备制造业转型发展的成因,探究其发展的必然趋势,确立了主动适应装备制造业发展、进行金融类专业改革的基本思路。After having read large sums of documents and done several interviews with experts, we concludes five main influencing fac-tors to equipment manufacturing industry in 2015, which include enterprise external environment, enterprise internal environment, cli-ent capital - credit r isk , enterprise inner control system and evaluation system. Meanwhile, questionnaires are collected and analyzed. After validity and reliability analysis by SPSS17. 0 and LISERL8. 70, we establish the structural equation model and the indicator sys-tem. On the basis of all those studies, this paper gives reasons that influence the development of the industry and shows the irresistible developing trend. In the end , it concludes some ideas on the reformation of the financial major to adapt the development of the equip-ment manufacturing industry.
