“一带一路”视域下苏州高职院校发展的现实困境与对策

摘　　要：自唐代以来,苏州就是海上丝绸之路的重要节点,鉴真、郑和与苏州结下了不解之缘。在党中央"一带一路"战略的引领下,苏州在推动企业"走出去"的同时,应该加强政府顶层设计,制订好"政—产—学—研"协同发展机制。苏州高职院校必须与产业经济相结合,建立研究智库,开展"专业+语言"的非学历人才培训模式,同时利用苏州文化的"软实力",与文化部门一起讲好"苏州故事",为新常态下的苏州经济插上腾飞的翅膀。Since Tang Dynasty , Suzhou has been an important location of Maritime Silk Road . Both Jian Zhen and Zheng He have forged an indissoluble bond with Suzhou. Under the guidance of “The Belt and Road Initiative”,Suzhou should continue to promote the enterprises to “go abroad”. Meanwhile,the local government should strengthen its top design and develop a coordinated development mechanism of ＂ gov-ernment , enterprises,higher vocational colleges , research institutions＂. The higher vocational colleges should combine with industries,build up research centers,carry out the non-credential training of “major and language” ; meanwhile,it is necessary to take advantage of the “soft power” of Suzhou culture,tell the “good story of Suzhou” to the world . In this way ,we can give Suzhou economy a soaring wing in the new normal background .
