摘　　要：学生就业质量的高低是检测高职院校专业课程体系设置优劣与否的关键指标。文章以广东轻工职业技术学院房地产经营与估价专业为例,对毕业生的就业现状进行调研,并依据调研结果对专业课程体系进行调整,使其更能精准地培养符合市场需求的专业人才。Graduates＇ employment quality is the key indicator of whether the curriculum is applicable to the requirements of the offered positions. As a case study of Guangdong Industrial Technical College, the paper surveys the employment status of graduates majoring in real estate management ＆ appraisal and proposes based on the survey that the curriculum should be adjusted.
