摘  要:地方本科院校的人才培养模式向应用型转型已势在必行,其人才培养模式既不同于综合性高校的研究型教育,又有异于地方高职院校的职业化教育。地方本科院校应用型人才培养模式改革当彰显自身的办学特色,紧密结合地方社会经济建设的需要。文章从浙江树人大学"浙宝电气营销虚拟班"的成功实践出发,以市场营销专业的改革为试点,综合运用资源依赖理论,阐述校企合作的新模式"虚拟班"的内涵和运行机制,综合分析虚拟班级两年来实际运行的成效,以期为推动地方本科院校应用型人才培养模式改革提供理论指导和实践建议。For local undergraduate colleges, it is imperative that their talent training is to be transformed to the application-orien- ted model, and their talent training mode should be different from the comprehensive research university education and the local vocational colleges. The reform of local colleges' applied talents training mode should highlight their own characteristics and closely connect to the needs of local social and economic development. From the successful practice of "Zhebao electrical marketing virtual class" at Zhejiang Shuen University, it takes the reform of marketing major as the pilot and uses resource dependence theory to elaborate the connotation and operation mechanism of the new "virtual class" university-enterprise cooperation model. Finally, the paper analyzes the actual operation of the virtual class in the last two years to provide theoretical guidance and practical suggestions to promote the reform of the applied talent training mode in local undergraduate colleges.
