摘　　要：研究以学生应用能力培养为目标的本科数学课程教学模式和教学方法,并在运筹与优化课程教学中进行实践。通过对营造创新性学习环境、强化应用能力综合训练并建立体现实践应用能力的成绩评价体系等方面开展一些积极探索,提出在传统课堂教学中增加问题驱动、倡导研究能力与现代计算方法实现能力相结合的综合能力培养教学模式。The innovation-capability-training-oriented teaching mode and methods applied in undergraduates teaching practice of ＂Operations Research ＆ Optimization＂ is discussed in this paper. A comprehensive ability training mode is proposed combined with creating innovative learning environment, strengthening the applica- tion ability training and establishing performance evaluation system for reflecting the innovation and application ability of students by adopting problem-driven teaching methodology, enhancing the ability training of research learning and reinforcing the modern computing technology application.
