摘 要:为探讨杏鲍菇多肽对染铅大鼠脑组织钙、铁、锌、镁、铜和锰二价矿物元素含量的影响,选择健康21日龄SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,即对照组、铅模型组和试验组,铅模型组和试验组饮用0.2%醋酸铅水,试验组饲料中添加2%杏鲍菇多肽。60 d后,利用ICP-MS检测大鼠脑组织二价矿物元素的含量。结果显示,与对照组相比,染铅大鼠脑组织铅含量显著升高(P<0.05),Fe^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和Zn^(2+)含量显著下降(P<0.01);饲料中添加杏鲍菇多肽后,染铅大鼠脑组织铅含量显著下降(P<0.01),Fe^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和Zn^(2+)含量显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),对Cu^(2+)和Mn^(2+)的含量影响不显著。杏鲍菇多肽对染铅造成的脑组织二价矿物元素失衡具有一定的调节作用。Effect of Pleurotus eryngii polypeptides on contents of calcium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium in brain tissue of lead-exposure rats were investigated. Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups, such as control group, leadpoisoning model group and experimental group. Lead-poisoning model group and experimental group were given 0.2% lead acetate water for free drink, and the rats in experimental group was given normal diet add 2% P. eryngii polypeptides. After continuous feeding for 60 days, the contents of calcium, lead, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium were determined in brain tissue of rats. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the lead content was increased (P〈0.05) and the iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc contents were decreased (P〈0.01) in the brain tissue of lead-poisoning model group rats, and compared with the model group, the lead content was decreased (P〈0.05), the iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc contents were increased (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05) and the copper and manganese contents were no significant difference in the brain tissue of the experimental group rats. Therefore, P. eryngii polypeptides treatment could effectively remove lead in brain of the rats. Moreover, the iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc were maintained.
