高职教育现代学徒制的实践与模式创新——以互联网技术专业群为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制是传统学徒制与现代职业教育有机融合的产物,是培养技术技能人才有效模式.推进现代学徒制改革,目的是要建立适合于现代学徒制实施的国家制度体系,形成具有中国特色的现代学徒制制度.文章分析了现代学徒制的内涵、研究现状、存在的问题和建设措施,以辽宁机电职业技术学院互联网专业群为例,阐述了现代学徒制模式创新实践,提出实施现代学徒制改革的建议.Modem apprenticeship is a joint result of traditional apprenticeship and modem vocational education. It is an effective mode to cultivate technical talents. To reform modem apprenticeship is to establish an apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics. Taking Intemet Technology majors at Liaoning Mechatronics College as an example, this article analyzes the concept, the current situation, and existing problems of modem apprenticeship. It also introduces the innovative practice carried out there and puts forward suggestions to reform the modem apprenticeship.
