国际型农业技术技能人才应具备的素质及能力分析——基于江苏省国际型农业企业的问卷调查

摘　　要：国际型农业技术技能人才除了必须掌握与工作岗位相关的农业专业技术以外,还应该具备适应国际化时代的素质及能力。基于对江苏省国际型农业企业的问卷调查数据的分析,国际型农业企业最注重的农业技术技能型人才的素质和能力包括:本土文化了解程度、心理素质、信息技术能力、国际语言沟通能力、国际化视野、跨文化交往能力、身体素质等。Internationalized agricultural technician and engineers talents should be equipped with the quality and competence to adapt to the internationalized times in addition to the mastery of agricultural techniques needed in their workplace. According to the questionnaires survey in internationalized agri-business enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the knowledge, psychological quality and competence mostly valued in those enterprises are： vernacular quality, IT skills, international language skills, internationalized vision, cultural cross - cultural competence, physical quality, etc.
