高校德育视域下大学生个性发展教育模式研究

摘　　要：在高等院校教育改革过程中,大学生综合素质提升及其个性发展越来越受到关注,特别是关于大学生个性发展,将对其成长产生重要影响,也关乎国家未来创新能力的发展。正视高校德育视域下大学生个性发展所出现的问题,正确处理大学生个性发展存在的矛盾以及把握其发展规律,是当前高校德育视域下面对大学生个性发展所要解决的问题。In the process of higher education reform, college students＇ comprehensive quality promotion and their individual development are attracting more and more attention, especially the latter one has important influence on their growth and matters a lot for the development of national innovation ability. Therefore, there are two issues to be urgently addressed in the view of college moral education： one is to face up to problems occurring in college students＇ individual development; the other is to grasp the regulations of individual development and to correctly handle the existing contradictions.
