摘 要:近年来,教育界日益重视学生自能发展能力的问题,新课改也指出评价改革的主要方向是建立促进学生全面发展的评价体系。为了科学、合理地对初中生的自能发展能力进行评价,可以把自能发展能力进行逐级分解,形成了多维度、多层次的具体评价指标。在确立了质疑释疑能力、合作交往能力、规划管理能力等六个二级指标及其行为描述后,形成了三级指标下的《自能发展能力调查问卷》。选取939名被试,对此问卷进行了项目分析、信效度检验。结果显示,一致性系数达到0.9以上,结构效度相关在0.401~0.844之间。这说明各个项目具有很好的区分度,此评价指标体系比较客观、科学。bIn recent years, educational circles have paid more attention to the problems of students self-development ability. The new curriculum points out that the main direction of the assessment reform is to establish the assessment system to promote the all-round students' development. In order to assess students ' self-development ability in junior middle schools scientifically and reasonably , we can classify the self-development ability into different degrees, which forms the specific index of multiple dimensions and levels. After establishing six first-class indexes such as the questioning competence, cooperating communication and planning management ability and their behaviors,we form the self-development ability questionnaire which is under the second-class indexes. 939 students in junior middle school are selected to take part in the survey. And we test the analysis, reliability and validity of questionnaire items. As the results show that it can be proved that each project has a good discrimination, and the evaluation index system is comparatively objective and scientific when the consistency coefficient is above 0.9,and the construct validity of correlated is from 0.401 to 0.844.
