摘　　要：正向价值道德不同于传统的政治统治区域分割和宗教信仰群体分割的伦理道德,其逻辑起点是"道德黄金律",其本质是基于主体间关系善的正向价值观,其基本特征是自由人的主体性、公共域的开放性和正向价值的客观性。正向价值道德的实体建构是一个复杂的系统工程,尤其需要注重营造优良的社会道德环境和发挥自由市场的正向价值道德选择功能。在人类文明进入"地球村"时代的现代化背景下,正向价值道德的研究与建构是顺应和引领时代潮流的必然要求。Moral with positive value is different from traditional ethic morals divided by political ruling regions and religious groups. Its logical starting point is the “moral golden rule”,its very nature is based on the positive values of good relationship between subjects, and its basic features are the subjectivity of free man, openness of public domain and objectivity of positive value. The entity construc-tion of moral with positive value is a complicated systematic project, which especially needs to pay attention to create a good social mor-al environment and give play to the selection function of moral with positive value of the free market. Under the modernization back-ground of human civilization entering into the era of u global village, the research and construction of moral with positive value are the inevitable requirement to follow and lead the trend of the times.
