摘　　要：艺术人才价格取决于艺术人才市场中的供给与需求,而艺术人才市场中的供给与需求又和艺术经济的发展密切相关。对艺术人才市场进行分析,并探讨艺术人才价格的最终决定因素,以及政府在促进艺术人才市场繁荣的过程中可能实施的干预政策具有现实意义。The pricing of art talent depends on the supply and demand in the art talent market which in turn is closely related to the development of the art economy. This essay attempts to analyze the art talent market and discuss the ultimate determi- nants of art talent pricing and the policies of intervention taken by the government to promote the art talent market.
