摘　　要：地方性综合大学是地方科技创新的重要基地,重视培养学生的创新能力,对于造就创新人才、实施科教兴国战略,具有重要的现实意义,如何适应新时期的发展需要,为国家培养工科领域优秀的创新人才,使工科高校的毕业生真正成为服务工业相关领域的国家栋梁,是工科高校必须重视且需要认真研究的课题。创新人才培养模式,实施分类培养,实现创新创业教育与地方性综合大学工科人才培养深度融合,对于促进高等教育科学发展,深化教育教学改革,提高人才培养质量意义重大深远。Local comprehensive university is an important base of local scientific and technological innova- tion. It is of great practical significance to cultivate students＇ innovative ability and to carry out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology. How to adapt to the development needs of the new peri- od, for the country to cultivate outstanding areas of engineering and innovative talents, so that graduates of en- gineering colleges and universities really become a national pillar in the field of service industry, engineering colleges and universities must pay attention to and need to seriously study the subject. It is of great significance to promote the scientific development of higher education, deepen the reform of education and teaching and im- prove the quality of personnel training.
