摘　　要：根据我国工程教育改革和创新的要求,分析了皖西学院光电信息科学与工程专业在人才培养方面的现状和不足,并在此基础上对应用型本科高校的卓越工程师培养模式进行了系统探索,提出了思路和方法。In this paper, the present situation and deficiency of the talent cultivation of the photoelectric information science and Engineering Specialty in our university had been analyzed according to the requirement of reform and innovation of Engineering Education in our country. On this basis, the training mode of excellent engineers in applied ufidergraduate universities had been explored systematically, and we put forward some effective ideas and methods accordingly.
