摘 要:目的构建多元一体化护士在职培训体系并探讨其实施效果。方法构建多元一体化护士在职培训体系,主要包括:护理培训师资的选聘,针对性设置培训内容,采用多元化的培训考核方式,开展岗前培训、规范化培训、分层培训及急危重症轮训工作,采用PDCA循环法进行质量控制,促进护士临床实践能力与岗位需求相适应。结果护士在职培训率达100%,常见护理操作技术考核合格率达100%,"三基"理论考试合格率93%以上,护士继续教育学分、学时达标率99%以上,护士晋级考试成绩达标率90%以上。结论多元一体化护士在职培训体系有效保证了护士在职培训的质量,有助于护士临床实践能力的提高。Objective To build up a pluralistic training system among nurses and to evaluate the effects of the training system. Methods The pluralistic training system we built up included recruiting the training teachers,se- lecting the training contents,using a variety of assessments to carry out pre-job training,standardizing the training, and conducting the emergency nursing training. Moreover,the PDCA method was used for the training quality con- trol in order to promote the clinical practice ability of nurses. Results The training attending rate of nurses was 100%. The passing rate of common nursing skills examination was 100%. The qualified rate of "Three Basics" the- ory examination arrived at 93%. The education credits/class hours reaching rate of nurse continuing education was more than 99%. Besides,the passing rate of nurses qualification examination was more than 90%. Conclusion The pluralistic training system among nurses can effectively ensure the quality of training. Meanwhile ,it is conducive to improve the clinical practice ability of nurses.
