摘 要:目的探讨培训养老机构的养老护理员的方法和效果。方法对宁波市3所养老机构的83名养老护理员进行10次集中培训,每次90 min。培训内容包括:老年护理专业知识与技能,老年人常见病健康教育与病情观察,老年人心理需求的观察及护理,与老年人沟通交流的技巧,思想道德修养和工作礼仪等。比较培训前后养老护理员核心能力得分。结果除了职业态度,其他核心能力培训后都优于培训前(P<0.05)。结论培训中注重学员学情,贴近实际工作需求设置培训内容,有效提高了养老护理员的核心能力。今后还需要完善考核体制,激励养老护理员继续学习。Objective To explore the effects of the core competence training for earegivers in nursing homes in Ningbo. Methods A total of 83 earegivers in 3 nursing homes in Ningbo were recruited. The participants were given l0 times trainings and each training lasted for 90 minutes. Contents of the training included:geriatric nursing knowledge and skills,health education and the condition observation of the elderly,psychological needs of the elderly, communication skills with the elderly,and caregiver's morals and ethics. The core competency score of caregivers was compared before and after the training. Results Except for the score of occupational attitude,all the other scores of core competencies were better than that of before training(P〈0.05). Conclusion Contents which were de- signed through paying attention to students" learning situation and their actual needs could effectively improve the core competence of caregivers in nursing homes in Ningbo. We also need to improve the assessment system and encourage the earegivers to continue learning in the future.
