摘 要:目的观察精准医学结合PBL与CBL教学法在内分泌临床实习教学中的效果。方法将73名2015级本科实习生作为研究对象,实验组采用精准医学结合PBL与CBL教学法,对照组采用传统的讲授式教学法。实习结束后,进行出科理论考试及临床实践能力测试,并进行问卷调查,包括提高自我学习能力、临床思维能力、临床技能、与患者沟通能力等。结果实验组理论考试和实践技能考试成绩分别为(91.23±1.54)分和(93.65±2.11)分,高于对照组(82.17±2.43)分和(83.47±1.84)分,差异具有统计学意义。实验组满意度问卷各项评分中均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论与传统的教学方法相比,结合精准医学的PBL与CBL教学法,更能提高学生的学习成绩,调动学生的学习兴趣,提高临床及科研思维能力。Objectives To observe the effect of precise medicine combined with PBL and CBL in clinical teaching of endocrinology. Methods All the 2015 class bachelor interns(n=73) teaching method who studied in endocrinology department, were divided into control group and experimental group by parallel. Experimental group received the precise medicine combined with of PBL and CBL teaching method (n=36), the other was used traditional clinical teaching method (n=37). The two groups of students in the theoretical examination results and practical skills were conducted, as well as questionnaire survey was performed, which include improve the ability of self-learning, clinical thinking, clinical skills, and communicate with the patient. Results The clinical practice ability score and theory test score of students in the experimental group were all superior to that in the control group. The experimental group theory test and practical skills test scores were (91. 231.54) points and (93.65) points, higher than the control group (82. 172.43) and (83.471.84) points, two groups of interns test scores were statistically significant differences between the groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Compared with the traditional teaching methods, the precise medicine combined with PBL and CBL teaching method could improve the students' academic performance, mobilize students' learning interest, effectively improve the academic performance of students, as well as improve the thinking ability of clinical and scientific research.
