摘  要:通过分析医学伦理学原则在临床教学实践中的重要性,阐述肿瘤内科临床工作中伦理学教育的特点,提出在肿瘤科实习、见习等临床教学工作中培养医学生伦理观念的具体方法,通过见习肿瘤晚期病人的支持治疗,树立医学生的人文关怀理念;通过临床实习询问病史环节,培养医学生倾听患者叙述、了解患者诉求的能力,训练其沟通技巧;通过示教向肿瘤患者及家属交代病情,引导学生尊重患者知情权,并建立对患者隐私的保护意识。医学生良好职业伦理素质的培养,有助于提高年轻医师在实际工作中解决伦理问题的能力,利于缓和医患矛盾、构建和谐医患关系,从而提高患者和家属对医疗服务的满意度。Through analyzing the importance of ethical principles in the clinical teaching practice, to elaborate the ethical education characteristics of clinical teaching in medical oncology department, and put forward the definite methods to cultivate medical students' ethics in their practice and clinical teaching work. In oncology clinical teaching, there are several ways to promote medical ethics education such as advocate humanistic spirit, listen to patients' appeal, develop communication skills, respect the right-to-know of patients and protect their privacy right. By this means, medical students can enhance their ethical quality and improve their ability to solve ethics problems. As a result, we can build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and increase satisfaction of patients and their family.
