摘 要:目的:通过对护理本科生的《康复护理》期末考试试卷进行质量评估与分析,以进一步提高该课程的教学质量。方法:选取39名护生的期末考试试卷,以SPSS 20.0软件为基础,运用多种最新的统计学方法进行分析。结果:39名学生的考试成绩为61~94分(80.72±8.63分);试题的总体难度为0.81、信度为0.74、主观题区分度为0.41、客观题区分度为0.28,该门课程学生的总失分率为60.15%。结论:本套试卷整体难度偏低,客观题区分度一般,主观题区分度优良,信度较好,提示试卷较为客观地反映了学生的康复护理知识掌握水平。Objective: Through quality evaluation and analysis on final examination paper of "rehabilitation nursing" for nursing undergraduates, to further improve the teaching quality of the course. Methods: Based on the SPSS 20.0, a variety of the latest statistical methods were used to the analysis on 39 cases of final examination papers. Results: The examination scores of 39 students were 61-94 (80.72~8.63); the overall difficulty was 0.81, reliability was 0.74, discrimination of subjective items was 0.41, discrimination of objective items was 0.28, the overall score losing rate was 60.15%. Conclusion: This paper has a low overall difficulty, general discrimination of objective items, excellent discrimination of subjective items and good reliability, which shows that the paper can objectively reflect the knowledge mastery levels of rehabilitation nursing.
