摘　　要：人民主体是习近平治国理政的价值核心。必须从价值立场上坚持以人民群众为中心的政治立场和发展思想,实现人民对美好生活向往的奋斗目标,行动逻辑上深入实践"四个全面"战略,坚持立党为公,执政为民,不断推进人民当家作主,增进群众福祉;作用机理上进一步适应形势需要,创新群众工作,更好地服务群众。The main body of the people is the value core of Xi Jinping＇ s governing the country. We should adhere to the masses as the center of the ideological and political position and development from the value standpoint, realize the people g yearning for a better life goal;to practice ＂four comprehensive＂ strategy actively and logically ,we must adhere to the Party for the public and governing for the people, continue to promote the people as the masters, promote the welfare of the masses;adapt mechanism of action to the situation, innovate the work of the masses to better serve them.
