摘　　要：论文针对国有企业对知识型员工薪酬管理制度上的不足,提出了详细的补充完善措施,并通过案例进行具体的指导说明,以期能够改善国有企业对知识型员工的薪酬待遇,为企业留住人才。According to the insufficient of salary management system of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises, this paper proposes some detailed supplementary measures and gives instruction through a specific case .It is hoped that these measures can improve the salary treatment of knowledge workers and retain talents for state-owned enterprises.
