摘　　要：随着就业观念的转变,中小企业也成为众多人才向往的地方。但是中小企业要想留住人才,就要认真分析中小企业人力资源管理的特点,然后找出人才流失的影响及其原因,并根据自身的发展和外部环境的变化,采取合适的措施、创造各种条件,留住人才。With the change of the employment idea, small and medium-sized enterprises have become the places where many people aspire. But if small and medium-sized enterprises want to retain talent, they need to seriously analyze the characteristics of human resources management in small and medium-sized enterprise, and then find out the influence and reasons of brain drain, and according to their own development and the change of external environment, take appropriate measures and create conditions to retain talent.
