摘  要:黑胡萝卜红色素是从黑胡萝卜果实中提取的天然食用色素,其色素属于花青素。采用6种大孔树脂(BM-2、LS-305A、LSA-5B、HP-20、LSA-7,LAS-800)对黑胡萝卜红色素粗提液进行了吸附纯化研究,初步筛选出吸附和解吸性能均较好的BM-2树脂,通过静态吸附和解吸研究黑胡萝卜红色素的吸附等温线和吸附解吸动力学。研究结果表明,树脂吸附的最适宜的料液p H为2.0;BM-2树脂适合Langmuir模型拟合,相关系数为0.9878,属于单分子层吸附机理;拟一阶动力学模型能很好地描述此树脂的吸附过程特征,内外膜扩散是影响吸附的主要因素;最佳解吸条件为65%乙醇水溶液(含0.3%的柠檬酸)。Black carrot red color, with anthocyanins as its main component, is a natural pigment extract from Dancus carota L, fruit. In order to study the adsorption and purification of the black carrot crude red color extracted solution, six kinds of macroporous resins (BM-2, LS-305A, LSA-5B、 HP-20, LSA 7, LAS 800) were selected. Among these resins, BM-2 was screened out due to its relatively high adsorption and desorption capacity. The adsorption isotherm and desorption dynamic were also studied by static adsorption and desorption of black carrot red color. Results showed that the optimal adsorption pH of the extracted solution is 2.0, the adsorption data of resin BM-2 can be better fitted by Langmuir equation, with correlated coefficient of 0.9878, exhibiting mono layer adsorption mechanism, and the pseudo first-order model can well describe the characteristics of this resin' s adsorption process, internal and external diffusion control the adsorption rate. The optimal desorption condition is 65% ethanol aqueous solution containing 0.3% nitric acid.
