摘　　要：对军队院校重点实验室管理现状与效益提升的制约因素进行了认真梳理,指出了制约实验室水平提升与发展的主要问题,提出了从管理模式创新和体制优化方面入手,推进重点实验室常态化管理与效益提升的对策,并有针对性地在实验室管理模式和运行机制等几个方面进行了阐述,提出了基本建设原则和方向。After a careful analysis on the current situation of the management of key laboratories and restrictive factors in the improvement of the efficiency in the military academies, the major problems which restrict the improvement and development of such laboratories are pointed out, and the countermeasures of how to improve the normalization management level and efficiency of the key laboratories are proposed from the perspectives of the innovative management mode and system optimization.The targeted discussion is carried out on the laboratory management mode, operational mechanism, etc., and the basic construction principle and direction are put forward.
