摘　　要：新形势下,高校二级党校的教学实践工作面临新任务和新挑战。本文就如何在新形势下切实推进二级党校的教学工作进行了深入探讨,提出了以"三结合"为途径的教育模式;构建了"四层级"的课程体系;提出了完善好"三个体系"为根本保障的教学组织管理目标。Under the new situation, the teaching practice of the secondary Party schools in colleges and universities faces new tasks and new challenges. This paper discusses how to promote the teaching work of the secondary Party school in the new situation, and puts forward the ＂three-lever＇ educational model. The ＂four-level＂ curriculum system is put forward. The goal of teaching organization and management with ＂three-system＂ as the basic guarantee is improved.
