摘　　要："道"乃老子思想体系之核心概念。他将"道"定义为一种路径及其蕴含之规律,并论述了宇宙生成、万物生灭以及人类生存之道。老子坦言,他对道的解说不过是勉强而为之。老子告诫世人,悟道时应保持虚静;为更好地运用道,还须努力"得一",以求把道的"无为、无知、无欲、柔弱、谦卑"运用到"治国、作战、养生、处世"中去。Tao is the core concept of Laozi＇ s ideological system. He defined Tao as a kind of path and law, and fur- ther interpreted the law how the universe comes into existence, the law of the birth and death of all things, and the law of human existence. Laozi warned the people that we should keep modest when comprehending Tao, and try to ＂take one＂ when using Tao, so that we can apply Laozi ＇ s doctrine of ＂inaction, ignorance, unambition, delicateness humbleness＂ to ＂nation governance, battle, health care and interpersonal interaction＂.
