牛、羊全价颗粒饲料储存期间品质变化的研究

摘　　要：以牛、羊全价颗粒饲料为研究对象,探讨储存期间饲料的水分含量、粗灰分、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维、钙、磷、菌落总数及霉菌总数等品质指标的变化。结果表明:随着储存时间的增加,水分含量、菌落总数与霉菌总数呈上升趋势,粗脂肪、粗纤维呈下降趋势,而对粗灰分、粗蛋白、钙、磷影响不大;牛、羊全价颗粒饲料在储存60 d时间内品质指标表现优异。Cattle and sheep pellet feed were used to discuss the qulity changes of moisture content, crude ash, crude fat, crude protein, crude fibre, calcium, phosphorus, total number of mold （TM）, total number of aerobic （TA）. The results showed that the moisture content, TM and TA content increased, the crude fat, crude fibre content decreased, the crude ash, crude protein, calcium, phosphorus content remained unchanged. The high quality was maintained at cattle and sheep pellet feed during 60 days of storage.
