摘　　要：严格执行党员发展标准是确保党员质量的重要保障。目前高校学生党员发展工作中存在一些问题,如忽视政治标准,标准统一性缺乏,重发展重形式重要求,对发展标准的重视程度不够等。针对以上问题,按照党章规定,结合大学生的特点,对学生党员发展标准进行量化,制定切实可行的学生党员发展标准:政治标准放在首位,兼顾学习成绩、工作能力、群众基础、平常表现,各方面慎重均衡发展。the strict implementation of Party member development standards is an important guarantee to ensure the quality of Party members. At present, there are some problems in the development of college student Party members, such as ignoring the political standards, the lack of standard uniformity, paying much importance to the development, form and demand and paying less importance to the development standards. To solve the above problems, in accordance with the provisions of the Party constitution, we should make feasible standards for student Party members, combining with the characteristics of college students and quantifying the development of student Party members. We should put political criteria in the first place, take into account the learning achievement, work ability, mass base, daily performance and balance development of all aspects.
