九味消症汤联合香菇多糖治疗中晚期胃癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨九味消症汤联合香菇多糖治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效、安全性及可能机制。方法:将2014年10月至2015年9月广州医科大学附属广州市第一人民医院收治的90例中晚期胃癌患者随机分成3组:观察组、香菇多糖组和对照组,每组各30例。观察3组患者治疗前后行为状态评分(卡诺夫斯基评分,Karnofsky),中医症状评分,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞变化及不良反应等情况。结果:(1)观察组治疗后中医症状改善情况均优于香菇多糖组及对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞含量明显高于治疗前,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)3组患者治疗后卡诺夫斯基评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:九味消症汤联合香菇多糖治疗中晚期胃癌能明显改善临床症状、提高生活质量,增强患者免疫力,安全有效、不良反应少。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect,safety and possible mechanism of Jiuwei Xiaozheng Decoction and Lentinan in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods：Ninety patients with advanced gastric cancer,who were hospitalized in the Guangzhou First Municipal People＆#39;s Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University between October 2014 and September 2015,were randomly divided into three groups：the study group,Lentinan group and control group（n=30 each）.The score of behavior status（Karnofsky score）,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome score,changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells,and adverse reactions were determined before and after the treatment.Results：（1） The score of quality of the improvement of TCM symptoms in the study group were better than those in the Lentinan group and the control group after the treatment,（P〈0.05）;（2） The contents of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in the study group after the treatment were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;（3） There was no statistically significant difference in the Karnofsky score after the treatment between the three groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Jiuwei Xiaozheng Decoction and Lentinan in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can significantly improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,and enhance the immunity of patients,which is safe and effective,with less adverse reactions.
