摘  要:在全面实施临床医学人才“5+3”模式(临床医学硕士专业学位教育与住院医师规范化培训相结合)的基础上,上海市将“5+3+X”(临床医学博士专业学位教育与专科医师规范化培训相结合)列为与国家卫生和计划生育委员会“共建”的重点工作之一,对临床医学博士专业学位教育与专科医师规范化培训相衔接进行了改革试点。本文以复旦大学为例,介绍了上海市临床医学人才“5+3+X”培养模式的探索和创新,分析了在全国范围推进“5+3+X”培养模式试点改革中可能遇到的问题及其解决办法,强调各级教育和卫生部门要坚持医教协同,加强临床医学博士专业学位授权点和专科医师规范化培训基地的建设。On the basis of "5 + 3" ( combining M.M. degree with resident standardization training) clinical medical personnel reform which is now implemented in a wide range of China, "5 + 3 + X" (combining M. D. degree with specialist standardization training) reform was carried out in Shanghai as one of the major tasks built by both Province and Ministry of Health. To combine Clinical M. D. degree education with specialist standardization training, this paper introduces the exploration and innovation of "5 + 3 + X" clinical medical personnel reform in Shanghai, Fudan University for example. It proposes the main problems if the reform will be promoted in China. Meanwhile, the education and health departments should strengthen disciplines including doctor degree authorization and construction of specialist standardized training bases, which should be combined more closely.
