摘 要:目的探讨医学生逆境信念对乐观和主观幸福感的影响与作用机制。方法采用问卷调查方法收集数据,采用多元阶层线性回归分析法检验变量之间的关系及中介效应。结果逆境信念对乐观(β=0.446,P〈0.01)和主观幸福感(β=0.168,P〈0.01)具有积极的正向预测作用。乐观在逆境信念和主观幸福感之间发挥完全中介作用(β=0.166,P〈0.0I)。结论具有逆境信念的医学生会更加积极乐观地看待自己的学习和生活,进而间接地提高主观幸福感。Objective To explore the impact and mechanism of belief about adversity on optimism and subject well-being of medical students. Methods Using the questionnaire to collect data, using the multiple hierarchical regression analysis to test the relationship and mediating effect between variables. Results Belief about adversity has a positive influence on optimism (β = 0. 446, P 〈 0. 01 ) and subject well-being (β = 0. 168, P 〈 0. 01 ), optimism play a completely mediation role in this relationship (β = 0. 166, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Holding belief about adversity of medical student has a positive view of his study and life. And belief about adversity can indirectly improve the subjective well-being of medical students.
