摘　　要：地方应用型高校以培养直接面向市场和生产第一线的高级应用型人才为目标,独特的办学理念和定位决定了其发展路径的独特性。本文从地方应用型高校的教学目标出发,结合当前地方应用型高校环境法学存在的问题,构建环境法课程模块化教学体系,包括课程内容、教学方法、考核方式的模块化构建。The goal of local applied universities is to cultivate advanced application-oriented talents directly for the first line of market and production. The unique school-running concept and orientation determines the unique development path of them. Based on the teaching objectives of local applied universities, this paper constructs the modular teaching system of environmental law curriculum in the light of the existing problems of environ- mental law in local applied univemities. It includes the modular construction of the course content, teaching methods and assessment form.
